CHANGELOG


Weapons & Vehicles

  • Added the new Johnson LMG (light machine gun) for the United States Faction
    • Unlocks at LMG Assault ribbon level 12 for Infantry
    • Unlocks at Parachute Ribbon level 9 for Paratroopers
  • Added the P38 Parabellum pistol for the German Faction
    • Unlocks at Handgun ribbon level 12
  • FG-42 Adjustments
    • Increased camera recoil
    • Decreased camera recoil randomness
    • Less sway per bullet
    • Can be fired while running
    • Increased base damage
    • Decreased range
  • STG-44 Adjustments
    • Increased camera recoil
    • Decreased camera recoil randomness
  • K98K Adjustments
    • "Near" base damage increased
  • AVS-36 Adjustments
    • Decreased camera recoil randomness
    • Less sway when in precision mode
    • Less sway per bullet
    • Less sway from moving
  • PPS-43 Adjustments
    • Decreased base damage
  • M1, M1A1 and M1/M2 Carbine Adjustments
    • Decreased range
  • P08 Parabellum price adjustments
    • Purchase cost reduced
    • Repair cost increased
  • Car Thief Changes
    • You will now automatically enter the vehicle you have just stolen
    • Once a vehicle has been stolen all the vehicle upgrades will be removed
  • Players and vehicles don't trigger mines while in spawn protection mode
  • Fixed a transparent object on the front of the Panther tank (it’s now no longer transparent)
  • Car Thief Badge is now also effective on the Weasel
  • Hit Markers now correctly show when being hit by a tank or bazooka when in a vehicle
  • Fixed wrong impact sound ('Plink') when an Armor Piercing Projectile hits a vehicle

Camouflages

  • Added 3 new US Camouflage Uniforms for Infantry, Paratroopers and Recon
    • Hunter Fall
    • Hunter Spring
    • Hunter Swamp
  • Increased prices on the US Forest Camouflages

Strategy Game


  • Adjusted Day/Night time cycle from 2x Normal Speed to 4.7x Normal Speed so if you play at roughly the same time each day you will play in different weather settings
  • Added missing radius and speed for Pathfinder and Paratrooper Assault Teams
  • Added new Assault Team images in the Assault Team Shop
  • Fixed several skirmish issues (example: Retreating units no longer cause a skirmish)

Modifications

  • Increased "near" damage multiplier of the Heavy Bolt Upgrade

Ribbons, Combat Badges and Unlocks

  • Moved Pointer Quickfire Gold from ribbon level 12 to ribbon level 11 on the Handgun ribbon
  • Moved P08 Parabellum from ribbon level 9 to ribbon level 8 on the Handgun ribbon
  • Moved Tight Grip Badge Gold from ribbon level 12 to ribbon level 11 on the LMG Assault ribbon
  • Fixed a crash when a General tried to equip the same Combat Badge twice
  • Unlock window for Panther now shows the "G" behind Ausf. as well (previously, this was left out)

Hotfix 116737 - [2016.05.10]

  • Fix AT spawn location selection in strategy game
    • Changed deploy rules: Ground units can only deploy on towns that are adjacent to the major cities (instead of x closest towns by distance). Airborne units can deploy on the 3 closest airfields.
    • Fixed: ground units don't deploy on an airfield when it is the only adjacent town to a major city
    • Fixed: airborne units don't auto-deploy at an airfield near a major city if the closest airfield is not friendly

Hotfix 116233 - [2016.04.26]


  • Fix for no report coming from the action game to the warserver in regards to army resources
  • Spambot countermeasures on forums. Any new account on the forums now first has to log into the game before being able to post!
Hotfix 115951 - [2016.04.19]


  • Faction Resource Changes
    • Initial Infantry stockpile changed to 200.000
    • Initial Motorcycle stockpile changed to 10.000
    • Initial Motorized vehicles stockpile changed to 30.000
    • Initial ISV stockpile changed to 4000
    • Initial TankCrew stockpile changed to 9000
    • Initial Light Tank stockpile changed to 4000

Atleast the m2 carbine's range got nerfed.

Challenge: spawn a heavy and stay alive for 5 min or longer while being active in combat ( dont go to the edge of the map ). I still havent beaten it.

Expected a bit more from the update. I just hope the "D" update won't take too long, what with the Squad 2.0 and all. At least we got some long overdue buffs/nerfs.

I was really praying for another ppsh41 nerf, but pps43 of course needed it a lot more since it could still compete with the smg's of other faction.
Need city maps NAOOOOO!
