Weapons & Vehicles

  • Added the United States M10 Tank Destroyer
  • Added the United States M4A3E2 Jumbo Sherman Heavy Tank
  • Added the Soviet SU-76M Tank Destroyer
  • Added the Soviet T-28 Model 1934 Medium Tank
  • Added the Soviet KV-85 Heavy Tank
  • Lowered the cannon shot sound of the Panzerkampfwagen V Ausf. G ‘Panther’
  • Fixed the T-20 Komsomolets and the BA-6 gunner positions. The gunners can now duck and close the hatches

  • Added 663 new battlefields on the map
    • More battlefields in mainland Italy
    • More battlefields in Sweden

  • Added more lines connecting southern France and Italy
  • Eased up the choke points in the main paths through the Alps
  • Added a few more single-lines in the Alps
  • Added a southern route to Istanbul through Greece
  • General easing of choke points all around the map
  • Added toggle options for sorting equipped AT's on top or just sorting them by their name
  • Reduced jumping in the list when AT's are moving
  • Reduced size of each Assault Team column, so you can see more at the same time
  • Added Morale rebuild time
  • Added Morale for each Assault Team on the overview
  • Added Morale "breaking" info
  • Added a better experience bar for Assault Teams and made it a little more intelligent, if you have the maximum rank, no bar is shown.
  • Added time war battle has been active, this gives you more information to judge if a mission is ending soon or has just started
  • Made battlefield and war battle names selectable, so you can copy and paste them
  • Extended tooltip for friends list icon, you can now see number of friends online as well as pending friend requests
  • Added combat badge info to soldier carousel
  • Ping icon now follows a slightly altered scale to detect good connection to a match
  • Multiple assault Teams can now be selected and moved at the same time, you can shift + select a range or ctrl + select individual ones
  • Assault Teams sitting still on a city or access point will now have "Located at: <City name>" as their status
  • Fixed issue on campaign map with lag when clicking or beginning to drag the map
  • Reduced the 3 Sloboda towns to 1 Sloboda town
  • Reduced the 2 Pithiviers towns to 1 Pithiviers town
  • Reduced the 2 Landshut towns to 1 Landshut town
  • Reduced the 2 Pilsen towns to 1 Pilsen town
  • Reduced the 2 Schwerin towns to 1 Schwerin town
  • Fixed the crossing access lines for town Tørring
  • Re-named Roya to Roja and Rundale to Rundāle

Ribbons, Badges & Unlocks

  • Character progression from rank 4 to rank 12 is now twice as fast.
  • United States Armor Assault ribbon changes:
    • Added the M10 to Armor Assault ribbon grade 6
    • Moved the M4A1 Sherman to Armor Assault ribbon grade 7
    • Added the M4A3E2 Sherman ‘Jumbo’ to Armor Assault ribbon grade 9
    • Moved the M4A3E8 Sherman to Armor Assault ribbon grade 10
  • Soviet Armor Assault ribbon changes:
    • Added the T-28 Model 1934 to Armor Assault ribbon grade 4
    • Added the SU-76M to Armor Assault ribbon grade 6
    • Moved the T-34/76 Model 1942 to Armor Assault ribbon grade 7
    • Moved the SU-85 to Armor Assault ribbon grade 8
    • Added the KV-85 to Armor Assault ribbon grade 9

  • German Armor Assault ribbon changes:

  • Adjusted the rank experience to make rank 6 easier to reach
  • Adjusted the rank experience from rank 6 to 12 by lowering the requirements and gradually increasing the requirement
  • Raised tier 2 rank requirement from rank 5 to rank 6

Other

  • Fixed the Boost Ribbon button and View Progression button on the Russian localization for: FG42 Specialist ribbon, M16 MGMC Specialist ribbon, SVT-40 Specialist ribbon and M1918 Automatic Rifle specialist ribbon.
  • Reducing pouch sizes on weapons, now correctly updates the shown required equipment points
  • The tooltip for vehicles with 2 supply crates equipped, now shows both supply crates
  • Added missing Assault Team render on the purchase confirmation window of a new Assault Team

Hotfix 120870 - [2016.08.10]
  • Sorting of AT's now as in Everhart
  • Bug Fix: Fixed warmap being littered with mountain town maps
  • Crash fix - when firing weapon at the right (wrong? ed.) time when vehicle is removed/destroyed, crash occured.

Great work Reto.

Love the changes and look forward to playing them.

An additional thanks should be given for up ranking all those low level shoulders of mine I have been meaning to do something with. I might actually have some motivation to use them soon.

Some good changes. Though, just wondering.. No additional changes to (broken) squad nor improved pick battle mechanics as requested?

- Being thrown in squad with low(er) ranked squad leader that lack aux. seats;
- Not able to switch assault lines when playing solo after leaving squad;
- Not able to switch class when playing solo (either when going solo or in squad);
- Not able to pick a battle through previous battle list (RTS map is still so darn slow and it's time consuming finding a match to your likings besides being kicked out of queue for no reasons).
- Matchmaker still generating very unbalanced and no fun matches where 2 recons v 10 tanks happens.

Pretty often mentioned annoyances here in the forums..

The grind is something most longer time players do not care about and i cant really recall this being mentioned a lot in the forum recently.
Less grind leads to low ranked and inexperienced players reaching the role of SL even sooner thus more often will experienced players be thrown in a squad where SL does not have aux. seats nor reads the game to change assault lines according to the situation. But we'll see.

Don't forget the times when you can't join a battle after you die, because the icons dissapear.

Or, the weapon glitching when proned.

I don't think that guards will clog everything so much.
Maybe the soviets will have more ATs, so later on more and bigger production and so on.

If you like mountain town, check out the area between rotterdam and paris.

The French Town Map, for some reason there is a bicycle / truck that infinitely spawns between 01 and C4 alleyway that instantly explodes. It seems to be spawning inside one of the building. I don't know where it is exactly but you can hear the sound of it constantly spawning and exploding.

Oh boy my dedicated AT infantry can already smell the xp I'll be farming off all the new tanks :) just like how panther got farmed hard on first week of release
